By registering and accepting Asalka terms and conditions you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and all information and details provided are your correct, current and complete details. You agree that you will not use the website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party if we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the website at any time without notice.

If you wish to contact us please email info@asalka.com. Whilst every effort is made to deal with all enquiries within 24 hours during the working week, we do operate an email system so all email will be dealt with in the order received.

Asalka only sells 100% genuine products, we do not sell any fakes or copies. We do occasionally sell damaged items or items without their original packaging (and lid), this is always advertised on the product details and in no way reflects on the quality of the product.

Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product received. Colours on some items, in particular (but not limited to), cosmetic items, may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and screen variations.

All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please recheck your order before submitting payment.

We accept payment by credit/debit cards: Visa Debit. Asalka will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your chosen method of payment.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed by management.

All prices are in GBP(£) and included VAT. If you have used our Google Translate facility, please note that prices will still be charged in GBP, but may incorrectly display in an alternate currency at points throughout the order process.

Asalka does not operate a price matching policy.

Asalka does not store any credit or debit card details, all card payments are made through Stripe which is a secure service.

The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event, we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.

Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details, or full address details. Asalka reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.

In some circumstances, initial postage prices quoted at the time of order may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. Should this be the case, Asalka reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.

Asalka reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management.

Asalka reserves the right to withdraw, restrict the use of promotional codes and restrict the use of promotional codes in conjunction with one another.

Once an order has been placed, Asalka is not able to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched.

Asalka reserves the right to leave blank any gift cards which are deemed to contain offensive or inappropriate language.

If Asalka is unable to fulfil part or all of your order due to the stock becoming unavailable we will try to offer an alternative item or we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply.

Asalka will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.

If customs or import duties are charged once the parcel leaves the UK these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

Please notify Asalka if your UK order which was dispatched by Standard Tracked Delivery has not arrived after 15 working days. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 30 working days. Your parcel may then be deemed ‘missing’ and we can offer a replacement or refund. No compensation will be granted in the rare event of a non-delivery.

Due to restrictions shipping certain products to destinations off the mainland UK, additional postage costs may be incurred due to the number of products that can be sent per order. Should this be the case, Asalka will contact you to advise prior to the dispatch of the order.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988, we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Asalka express permission to do so.

or by email to info@asalka.com. Where possible we try to acknowledge complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, the customer will be informed of all progress.

Asalka shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
